Is my reservation deposit refundable if I change my mind?
No, your reservation deposit is non refundable if you decide not to proceed after your official reservation. One officially reserve, it is already a final purchase.
What if I’m not yet ready to buy — can I still download a free buyers guide or book a consultation?
Absolutely! The guide and free consultation are no-pressure and obligation-free. It’s meant to help you understand your options and prepare for homeownership, even if you’re just exploring.
I’m working abroad. Can I still reserve a unit at Deca Homes?
Yes! Many of our buyers are OFWs. You can reserve remotely and we’ll assist you (or your authorized representative) every step of the way, from virtual tours to requirements submission.
What documents do I need to prepare for the reservation?
We only require basic documents: Valid ID, proof of income (like payslip or COE), Pag-ibig contribution, Virtual pag-ibig account, Tin#, ID picture, PSA Original Birth Certificate, PSA Original Marriage Contract if Married, Attendance of Buyers Orientation, Special Power of Attorney if not the principal buyer and a filled-out buyer’s form. Our team will guide you through it during your consultation.
Is site viewing required before reserving?
Site viewing is highly recommended but not required. If you’re confident with the details, you can reserve your preferred unit right away — and we’ll still schedule a viewing at your convenience.
What if I’m not sure about my financing status yet?
No worries — during your one-on-one consultation, we’ll assess your income and your requirements for Pag-IBIG. You’ll get a clear picture of what works best for you, even before committing.
How long can I hold the unit after the reservation deposit?
Once your reservation deposit is made, we can hold your preferred unit for a limited time while you prepare for the completion of requirements. Our team will assist you in meeting the deadlines to avoid losing your slot.
